Sri Lanka is a tropical island found in the deep blue waters of the Indian Ocean and the Bay of Bengal. The country is endowed with over a thousand miles of beautiful golden beaches, rivers, lakes, mountain peaks, waterfalls and many fauna and flora making it the ideal destination for a holidays and recreation.
Tale of a Pearl is major project undertaken by the Rotaract Club of Kandy where a series of short video clips made and shared by the members of the club as a small effort in restructuring the fallen pieces of our little country.
This project is still being carried out where our own members will be traveling to wonderful destinations and giving us a glimpse of our little paradise. Some of the destinations that our members have shared their experiences are Horton Plains, Waterfalls, Mountain ranges etc.
Through this project we believe it’s the youth’s responsibility to raise our little country to much heights.
