[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Christmas Gift Box is an annual community Service project of RAC Kandy to commemorated the festival of Christmas in a spirit of sharing and helping the needy. This time the project was held on the 5th of January 2020 at Abhirami Tamil Maha Vidyalaya,Madulkalle. This is a school with students coming from low income families and we as young citizens of the country decided to help them in their studies by donating necessary stationary items. Our members visited the school and donated the gifts to the students. They were highly thrilled with the gifts we gave them. Each student was given a gift package that included stationary items. A total of 178 students received gifts on this day.
We were able to successfully complete this project because of the valuable donations we received from our members and everyone else who contributed by donating money and stationary items.
