‘Good food is available when you have the right recipe’
As Sri Lankans we have many different styles of cooking and are inspired by our culture, history and many factors. Sri Lankan cuisine is highly centered around spices, herbs, vegetables and rice. Many of us like to try out different dishes both Sri Lankan and international.
The “Curry leaf” project is an initiative which started a while ago but was on and off during the years. But it was decided to initiate the project again this year with a few additional features.
The project is where we share one international recipe and a Sri Lankan recipe with all twice a month as the first phase of the project. The second phase of the project is to share videos of cooking demonstrations.
